Gravin van Beusichem, echtgenote van Dirk, graaf van Beusichem (Boesinchem). Zij was de dochter van de heer van Spijck. Staande ten voeten uit, in haar rechterhand een wapen. Onderdeel van geïllustreerd handschrift met de genealogie van de heren en graven van Culemborg.
