Johan III, elfde heer van Culemborg. Staande ten voeten uit met het gevierendeelde wapen van Culemborg en Van der Leck. In wapenrusting, een staf in de rechterhand het wapen in de linkerthand. Onderdeel van een geïllustreerd handschrift met de genealogie van de heren en graven van Culemborg.

De tekeningen worden op basis van archiefbronnen toegeschreven aan Nicolaes de Kemp (ca. 1550-1600) en worden gedateerd ca. 1590-1593. De teksten lijken gezien het handschrift begin 17de-eeuws.
