Monster van telegraafkabel, vermoedelijk voor zeemijnen. Het is een kort stuk wantslag staalkabel van tien draden, om een koperdraad in een dikke isolerende laag bestaande uit een onbekende kunststof (vermoedelijk gutta percha) en papier.
