Model van een stuurtoestel met raderwerk op een grondplank. Het model toont een vierkante roerkop waaraan een getand kwadrant is bevestigd; met een tandwiel op een as wordt de beweging van het stuurwiel op het kwadrant overgebracht. Het stuurwiel bestaat uit vier spaken.
