Zilveren penning. Voorzijde: opschrift in twee gedeelten, waarvan bovenste in Nederlands en onderste in Arabisch. Keerzijde: gekroond wapenschild, geflankeerd door twee gekroonde leeuwen, boven wimpel met opschrift en guirlandes binnen stralenkrans.
