Description

De marketentster of zoetelaarster. Een groep soldaten verzameld bij de tent van een marketentster. Een vrouw schenkt een glas wijn in voor een soldaat die tegenover haar op zijn trommel zit. Naast haar een staande soldaat met een hoge muts en een bijl in de rechterhand, een glas wijn in de linker. Links een minnekozend paar onder een afdekje. Rechts probeert een jongetje met een hond iets te verkopen. Rechts op de achtergrond meer figuren rond een open vuur.
