Kop van porselein met een C-vormig oor, beschilderd op het glazuur in groen en rood. Op de buitenwand, doorlopend op het oor, gestileerde bloemtakken. Naar ontwerp van Maurice Dufrêne, vervaardigd voor La Maison Moderne, mogelijk door Le Parthénon, Parijs.
