Twee sudies van arbeiders, ten voeten uit, werkend met een stuk gereedschap met een steel. De linker man gezien op de rug, de rechter van voren, gewend naar rechts. Op de achterzijde van het blad een aquarel van geharnast man in zeventiende-eeuwse kleding, heupstuk, rechterhand in de zij en linkerhand op het gevest van zijn zwaard.
