Vlag met blauwe broek waarlangs een verticale witte baan geappliceerd met vijf rozetten, verbonden door een blauwe slinger. Dit gedeelte is breder dan de vlucht, die bestaat uit een rood veld met blauwe horizontale banen langs boven- en onderzijde.
