Description

De kruisdraging, tegen de berg Golgota op, met op de voorgrond links de bezwijmende Maria, ondersteund door enkele vrouwen. Rechts de val van Christus onder het kruis en Veronica die zijn gezicht heeft afgeveegd en nu de doek met de afdruk ervan in de handen houdt. In het midden van de stoet rijden twee soldaten te paard. Voor hen lopen de twee zondaars, ieder met een kruis op de schouders. Op de achtergrond de top van de berg Golgota. Links het graf van Christus. Middenonder een lege banderol.
