En[de] binne[n] drie jare daer na sij ghecomen ghedeputeerde om S[int] Elizabeth te halen. Worden eerlijc ontfangen ghetracteert. Ende begift. Ende hebben die Eerwerdegh Elizabeth met groten scatte met hen ghevoert.’ (Here Andrew, King of Hungary, gives Elizabeth, still lying in the cradle, to the ambassadors of Thuringia as a future bride for their young lord. And within three years emissaries came to collect St Elizabeth. Were honourably received, feasted and given gifts. And took the Honourable Elizabeth and much treasure with them.)

Description

Vier taferelen uit de legende van de heilige Elisabeth van Hongarije. Scènes van een afscheid of ontmoeting bij een poort, een feestmaal met muzikanten, haar huwelijk met Lodewijk IV, landgraaf van Thüringen. Rechtsonder neemt de heilige Elisabeth afscheid van een vrouw (haar moeder?) bij de stadspoort van Presburg, waarna zij in een reiswagen vertrekt. Linksonderaan een knielende stichteres met een rozenkrans.
